The 28th session of the Subsidiary Bodies to the UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol took place from 4-13 June 2008 in Bonn, Germany. In addition, the Ad hoc Working Group for Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG) and the Ad hoc Working Group for Long-Term Cooperative Action under the Convention (LCA) met from 2-12 June. The Bonn talks were the second negotiating session of the AWGs since the Bali Action Plan was agreed in December 2007. |
