"Analysing developed countries emissions reduction targets"

CAN-E organised an official side event at the Copenhagen Summit on the 9th of December assessing the loopholes in the current reduction target pledges put forward by the developed countries. Three speakers presented issues around the overall inadequacy of targets, offsetting, LULUCF accounting rules and surplus AAU’s.
